excellent access to beaches and local dining options

I appreciated being just a 10-minute walk to the beautiful Karon Beach, as well as the good dining options like Ma-Now Restaurant right around the corner, making it easy to enjoy local flavors after a day of exploring.

Superior room with beautiful view. Outstanding food at breakfast served in the restaurant. Close to the beach, good location just off Kata and Karon beaches-both within short walking distance, other areas for sightseeing and tours and Thaiand / Phuket.

Overall it was a good stay. The hotel was very close to Kata Beach.

The villas are quiet and independent. You can walk to nearby beaches in about ten minutes.

Check-in was a hassle. Despite notifying them of our arrival time, we were made to wait over three hours for our room. The bathroom in the villa was cramped, the pool access was limited, and the breakfast lacked variety, with a troubling presence of flies and mosquitoes. When we arrived too early for breakfast, we were charged excessively for a meal that felt rushed and uninspired.

Booked the hotel for its fantastic location near the so-called hill- and kata Beach karon Beach.

Staff were exceptionally friendly & willing to assist. The location was ideal for beach, shopping & restaurants; the hotel was very clean and comfortable in all aspects. The variety of pools are fantastic.

Using the internet service was frustrating. Computers were often not turned on. However, this is a minor set-back when compared to the whole facility.

The pool was nice, but it was really dirty and not suitable for kids.

Very traditional/authentic layout of hotel and room decor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Two pools to choose. Cheap minibar and laundry service available.

350 baht for Internet, should be free for a hotel of this size.

The location was good, easy to visit Karon & Kata beaches both at the same time. Many shops around and restaurants, opportunities for sightseeing.

Did not like the up hill walk to the hotel, even though very short, we had to walk stairs to our room every day, on the 4th floor as the elevator was quite far.

A convenient pool access room provided ease of lounging, while the staff were notably friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast featured delicious fresh orange juice and a rotating menu that kept meals interesting. Water pressure issues plagued our shower experience, and a few bathroom temperature fluctuations were annoying. Lastly, consider alternative transportation methods from the airport. In-house transfer costs were quite steep compared to local options.

Some construction was undertaken during our stay which was quite annoying as we were not informed. Also After staying for so long the breakfast menu became a little boring.

Close to shops and 2 pools

The staff were courteous and efficient, offering buggy drop-offs and quick luggage handling. The breakfast was really good, with a rotating menu with both Thai and Western dishes alongside a great variety of fruits and baked goods.

While my overall experience was pleasant, the check-in process took longer than expected.

Maybe due to season, but felt like being in a Scandinavian / Russian enclave.
